(404) 299-2887 From 285: Exit I-285 at Hwy. 78 and go west. Follow Hwy. 78 to the second traffic light and turn LEFT on DeKalb Industrial Way. Go to the first traffic light and turn RIGHT on North Decatur Road. Decatur Health Imaging is located 300 yards on the Right side of the road. Look for the big Blue sign with our name. The street address is 2774 North Decatur Road. From Downtown: Travel Ponce de Leon east towards Stone Mountain. Ponce de Leon will turn into Scott Boulevard. Turn RIGHT onto North Decatur Road (there will be a Chevron station and a BP station at this light) and go through 2 traffic lights. Decatur Health Imaging is located past CVS Pharmacy on the LEFT. Look for the big BLUE sign with our name. The street is 2774 North Decatur Road.
