Instructions for 401k Participation Enrollment

1. Go to Hartford Retirement Access

2. Enter your SSN as your user name

3. Use your birthday as your password (MMDD). You will have the option to change both.

After an employee is enrolled, an email will be sent to the company’s benefits administrator to communicate the amount you would like deducted from your paycheck. If the employee would like a current prospectus booklet, please contact Nancy Plaisted at 770-497-0284 or email her at nplaisted@lloydprogroup.com to request a book. Employees are allowed to change their prospectus and portfolio at their leisure. Currently enrolled employees are allowed to change their contribution rate at any time through the Hartford website or by filling out the 401 k contribution rate change form.
